Lambs Challenge Trophy 2010

Intermediate (form 3 & 4)
The essays must be written in about 300 words

Title:
1. Evils of technology.
2. Write about a festival or celebration held in your community.
3. Looking back over the past years, what event or experience do you remember the most clearly and why.
4. Choosing a good friend.
5. Describe a famous place that you have visited.


Rules and Regulations
1. It's compulsory for every students to participate.
2. Work submitted must be ORIGINAL and in Malaysian content.
3. Marks will be awarded for originality of ideas and creativity in writing.
4. Judges' decision is final.
5. All essays are to be TYPED in A4 PAPER, FONT 12.
6. All essays must be submitted by 31 March 2010. (For Set 1 students 22/3/2010)

I would love to wish all the 4K students a very "HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR" and those who had couples have a nice "VALENTINE DAY"!!!

Since I have practically nothing to do, and have no idea on what to publish on, I've come across something "nice and interesting". Today, we shall learn VOCABULARIES! xP

The topic of discussion would be A SCENE OF FIRE.
A SCENE OF FIRE:
inferno
amber flames
cavernous pit
fiery monster
wraith of the fire seemed to make people cower
billowing smoke cast a pall
salvage
devoured by the hungry flames
swallowed its obstacles
people scurried around frantically
midst of din chaos confusion
clamour and clamber
acrid and bitter
banshee wails tore out of the building in agony
pandemonium reigned
stampede
jolted and bolted
helter-skelter
...disrupted the lethargic atmosphere
stifled in horror
